Online Returns

Items purchased online may be returned for a full refund. You must notify us of your intent to return within 14 days of receiving your order. You have a further 14 days from the date you notify us, to return the order to store. We will offer a full refund, to the original payment method, upon receipt of the returned items. Items must be returned in an unused condition with their original packaging.

Some Items are unavailable to return, these items include:

  • something that deteriorates quickly - like flowers or food
  • an item that was personalised or custom-made for you
  • a CD, DVD or software, if you break the seal on the wrapping

​In-store Returns

Items purchased in-store may be returned with proof of purchase within 14 days for an exchange or a credit note, providing that the items are in their original condition with their tags/box.

Sale items in their original condition may be returned in-store within 7 days for an exchange or a credit note. Items that are discounted by 50% or more of the original value are non-returnable.

Faulty Items

Faulty items can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Faulty items may have to be sent to quality control for checking before a refund/exchange is given. Proof of purchase is required when returning faulty items.
